What You’ll Do

Own and deliver revenue growth across ANZ, consistently hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Manage the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through to onboarding and account management.

Lead tenders and RFPs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to win national and enterprise-level customers.

Work closely with franchise partners and internal teams to develop tailored, long-term logistics solutions.

Coach and support a Sales Specialist, and act as the go-to subject matter expert for the platform.

Competitive Package: Up to $130K base + $10k car allowance + $35k Comms ($185k package)

Who You Are

2-5+ years of successful sales management (with a small team) and another 5-10 years of sales experience in SaaS / Technology sales is critical

Nice to have experience in e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, or technology.

Proven ability to win business through partner ecosystems, not just direct sales.

Skilled in managing major accounts, tenders, and multi-stakeholder environments.

Analytical, self-managed, and adept at using CRMs, analytics tools, and Microsoft 365.

Resilient, customer-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
