About the role:
You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Business Development Managers working across video and office-based sales channels. Your focus will be on driving new business growth, optimising sales performance, and creating a high-energy, results-oriented culture.
This is a leadership role ideal for someone with proven experience managing sales teams in SaaS or technology environments, passionate about coaching and developing talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Set and enforce activity standards across calls, appointments, presentations, and agreements.
- Drive sales strategy execution to generate pipeline and convert new clients.
- Track and analyse sales metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Champion a positive, high-performance sales culture.
- Lead from the front, closing 2 deals per month & be rewarded with 10% commission!
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Sales Leader preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with video-based selling and office-based engagement is a plus
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and sales analytics.
- Energetic, motivated, and passionate about growing a successful sales team.
