About the role:
You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Business Development Managers working across video and office-based sales channels. Your focus will be on driving new business growth, optimising sales performance, and creating a high-energy, results-oriented culture.

This is a leadership role ideal for someone with proven experience managing sales teams in SaaS or technology environments, passionate about coaching and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Set and enforce activity standards across calls, appointments, presentations, and agreements.
  • Drive sales strategy execution to generate pipeline and convert new clients.
  • Track and analyse sales metrics to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Champion a positive, high-performance sales culture.
  • Lead from the front, closing 2 deals per month & be rewarded with 10% commission!

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Sales Leader preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with video-based selling and office-based engagement is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and sales analytics.
  • Energetic, motivated, and passionate about growing a successful sales team.
