About Our Role: This is a unique opportunity to represent trusted brands, manage established accounts and drive new growth in a booming industry.
About You: As an experienced Territory & Sales Managers / Business Development Manager - you will lead sales expansion in your assigned territory. You will manage a loyal client base, open new accounts, and execute growth strategies in the cosmetic and plastic surgery sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client relationships in NSW + ACT
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
Hunt for high-value accounts and convert leads into long-term partners
Introduce new product lines as Athena BioMed’s portfolio expands
Develop and execute territory sales plans to exceed revenue targets
Represent the company professionally at industry events and client meetings
MORE About You - The Person We Seek!
You can demonstrate success in a medical aesthetic device or injectable sales role (previous experience in cosmetic, aesthetic, or plastic surgery sectors preferred)
Registered Nursing background is preferred but not essential
A hunter mindset with proven success exceeding sales targets
A well-established network of industry contacts
Strong business development and territory management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Able to work independently and travel extensively within your region
A strategic thinker with passion for aesthetics and medical innovation
