One Group Realty (OGR) is a boutique real estate agency offering tailored solutions in property sales, property management, house and land packages, and project sales. Based in Melbourne’s northern corridor, we pride ourselves on our client-first approach and deep understanding of the local market.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and professionally

Maintaining accurate records, including tenant details, inspection reports, and maintenance schedules

Staying up to date with industry regulations, legislative changes, and best practices

Providing outstanding customer service by addressing tenant and landlord enquiries promptly and professionally

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople

Working closely with an Assistant Property Manager who will support your daily operations, allowing you to focus on higher-level tasks and client relationships

Managing arrears and ensuring timely follow-ups

Coordinating lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations in line with legislation and company procedures

Attending and preparing documentation for VCAT hearings when required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A valid Agent Representative Certificate (essential)

A minimum of 6 months' experience in property management or a similar role

Strong knowledge of Victorian tenancy laws and industry practices

Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills

A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Proficiency in property management software and real estate platforms
