What you'll be doing
Join the Western Sydney Local Health District's Graduate Health Management Program to develop as a future leader in the NSW Public Health System. This two-year program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and academic growth, leading to a Master's degree.
Temporary full-time role, starting February 2026
Gain diverse experience through set rotations in various facilities
Receive dedicated supervision and meet learning objectives
Complete a Master's degree in Health Service Management or Health Information Management
Engage in projects, inductions, and relevant activities to build leadership skills

- Well developed and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate leadership and management skills or capabilities

- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
