A rare opportunity has become available with a well known retailer seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Coordinator! This role is all about owning and executing the social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more creating scroll-stopping content, growing an engaged community, and driving both online and in-store engagement.

The Role:

You’ll be the creative voice behind the brand’s social channels, producing content that resonates, drives connection, and keeps us ahead of digital trends. This is a hands-on and varied position where no two days look the same.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning and executing the social media strategy across key platforms.
• Planning and scheduling engaging content calendars.
• Writing compelling copy that connects with audiences.
• Creating and curating content (static, Reels, TikToks, Stories, UGC).
• Driving community engagement via DMs, comments, mentions and influencer collaborations.
• Monitoring trends, competitor activity and platform updates.
• Providing input on paid advertising strategies to align with organic content.
• Tracking and reporting on performance metrics to optimise growth.
• Partnering with internal teams and agencies to deliver campaigns, activations and influencer programs.
• Liaising with centre management to support in-store traffic and visibility.
• Supporting wider marketing initiatives such as product seeding, PR activations, in-store events and collaborations.
• Assisting the Marketing Manager with ad hoc projects.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience managing social media for brands.
• Demonstrated success in growing and managing online communities.
• Strong knowledge of organic social strategies with the ability to provide input on paid campaigns.
• Excellent writing skills and a strong eye for design, trends and storytelling.
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Later/Planoly, Meta Business Suite (or similar).
• Highly organised, adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Passionate about digital culture, fashion, and building strong brand communities.
