The role

Pinnacle Fitness Consulting and it partner organisation Stryke Education is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing and Social Media Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts, creating engaging social media content, and recording content with all equipment provided

Key responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy across various channels

Create and curate compelling social media content for our online platforms including shooting content. Successful applicant must be good using a camera!

Training will be provided for photography and camera skills for content creation

Manage and monitor our social media channels, including posting stories, reels and image based content

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns

Analyse and report on the performance of marketing and social media activities

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and social media

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a marketing or social media assistant role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in managing social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Familiarity with content creation tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva Pro)

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for marketing, social media, and the fitness industry

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
