About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll coordinate campaigns, manage content, and support client engagement across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in driving brand visibility, campaign performance, and high-quality lead generation.

Key Duties

• Manage weekly eDMs, SMS, and CRM campaigns
• Coordinate social media and website content
• Liaise with clients for testimonials and case studies
• Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting
• Support events, PR, and internal comms

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing coordination role
• Background in agency or property/finance marketing is essential
• CRM skills – HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Suite
• Strong copywriting and content coordination skills
• Experience with email marketing, social media scheduling, and analytics
