The Role:
We are seeking a Marketing All-Rounder who thrives in a small business environment and can confidently manage multiple campaigns from concept to completion. You’ll have the creative flair, technical skills, and drive to bring ideas to life while working independently and efficiently.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Email Marketing: Designing and delivering engaging EDM campaigns in Klaviyo, with creative content that resonates with our audience and drives conversions.
Marketing Automation: Updating and refining Klaviyo flows to optimise audience segmentation and capture.
Digital Campaigns: Creating social media ad assets for Google, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram. Working with external contractors to optimise campaigns and analyse performance metrics.
Website & Visual Design: Designing graphics, banners, and digital assets to maintain a beautiful, user-friendly Shopify site, working alongside our web development team.
Social Media Management: Creating and scheduling content, managing video and story content, engaging with followers, and overseeing influencer and brand collaborations.
Brand Partnerships: Coordinating brand reps and content creators to ensure a consistent flow of fresh, high-quality content.
Collaboration: Working with other brands to create joint campaigns and cross-promotion opportunities.
This is a flexible role suitable for either part-time or full-time hours, with the option to work around school or personal commitments.
About You:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who is ready to make their mark in a growing global brand. You’ll bring:
At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design.
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads).
Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva, or Similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating compelling content.
Strong organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
A creative mindset and passion for staying on top of digital trends.
