We're looking for a driven Long-Term Property Manager to lead this exciting new chapter and build a thriving portfolio from the ground up.

The Role:
As our Long-Term Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of residential rental properties. You'll be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations, high occupancy, and strong returns for property owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Growth: Identify and onboard new properties for long-term management through landlord outreach, networking, and referrals.

Landlord Relations: Build trust and maintain strong relationships with property owners. Deliver regular updates and performance insights.

Tenant Management: Oversee tenant selection, referencing, onboarding, and communications. Ensure high-quality, long-term occupancy.

Property Maintenance & Compliance: Coordinate maintenance, inspections, repairs, and ensure all properties meet legal and safety standards.

Process Building: Help design efficient systems for tenancy management, reporting, and communication as we scale.

Local Market Insight: Stay informed about rental market trends, pricing, and regulations to maximise value for clients.

About You:

Proven experience in residential property management or lettings.

Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, growth-oriented mindset – you enjoy building and improving.

Knowledge of local tenancy laws and compliance requirements.

Comfortable managing multiple properties and relationships simultaneously.

Bonus Points For:

An existing network of landlords or property investors.

Familiarity with property management systems or CRM tools.

Experience setting up or scaling property management operations.
