About the Property Manager Role
This is a permanent role with flexible hours (part-time or full-time, tailored to the right person). You'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio with confidence, supported by the newest tech rather than weighed down by outdated systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing your own portfolio with efficiency and professionalism
A minimum of 1-2 years property management experience is required
Advertising properties through high-quality digital platforms
Coordinating tenancy applications, lease sign-ups, and compliance paperwork
Conducting entry, exit, and routine inspections using digital reporting tools
Handling maintenance requests and liaising with trades through streamlined systems
Hosting open homes and engaging with prospective tenants
Responding to enquiries quickly and professionally
Keeping accurate, centralised records in our property management software
Assisting with digital marketing and landlord communications

About the BDM (Rentals) Role
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the driver of our growth with the freedom to use the latest CRM and marketing technology to generate, nurture, and convert leads.
Your responsibilities will include:
Prospecting for new rental business with the support of advanced lead-generation tools
Building relationships with landlords and referral partners
Managing inbound leads through a modern, automated CRM
Conducting rental appraisals and delivering polished, digital presentations
Preparing proposals and management agreements
Using digital marketing to showcase our difference in the market
Monitoring competitor activity and market trends with the latest analytics tools
Collaborating with the Director on innovative growth strategies
Working towards clear KPIs with strong bonus incentives

About You

To be successful in either role, you'll need:
A current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
A valid driver's licence
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Professional presentation and a positive, can-do mindset
