About the Role..

As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our property management portfolio. You’ll actively prospect for new business, build strong client relationships, and facilitate the leasing process from start to finish. Your efforts will directly contribute to the effectiveness and success of our Property Management Department.

Key Responsibilities...

Source and generate leads for new property management business

Build and maintain a database of potential clients and referral relationships

Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the property management portfolio

Attend listing presentations, advise clients, and facilitate leasing negotiations

Analyse market conditions and report insights to the team, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislations

About You..

Proven knowledge of the real estate market and relevant legislation

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Strong computer and CRM/database management skills (e.g., Console, Rex)

Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively

Professional, well-presented, and committed to service excellence

Qualifications and Experience..

Relevant industry qualifications (Agent’s Representative Course or Cert IV in Property Services or equivalent) required

2 - 5 years of Property Management/ Business Development in Brisbane
