Due to continued growth, they are creating a newly established Business Development Manager role. You’ll be working alongside an experienced BDM and a team of Property Managers, sharing a strong pipeline and receiving plenty of support to ensure success.

Based in their modern, beachside office on the stunning Gold Coast, you’ll enjoy a vibrant and inspiring work environment. After your probation period, you’ll also have the flexibility to work from home one day a week.

Your Day-to-Day:

Prospect and secure new property management listings

Build and nurture relationships with landlords and investors

Generate leads through networking and referral partners

Collaborate closely with property management and sales teams

Represent a trusted and well-established brand in the local market

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a BDM in the Real Estate industry

Strong client relationship and business development skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management ability

Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence (or willingness to obtain)

Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about growth
