Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective landlords and property owners
• Attend open homes and inspections to network with potential clients
• Promote property management services and convert leads into listings
• Achieve KPIs related to lead generation and client engagement
• Assist in targeting specific markets through data analysis
• Track and report on campaign performance and lead conversion
• Collaborate with the wider team to achieve shared growth goals
• Participate in meetings, strategy sessions, and ongoing training
