Position Overview

The Sales Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure that performance targets are consistently achieved. This role requires a results-driven leader who is passionate about customer service, motivating staff, and achieving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales performance to achieve store targets and KPIs.

Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to maximise results.

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure staff maintain high service standards.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Build customer loyalty and brand awareness through personalised service.

Manage staff rosters, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

Ensure store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock levels are maintained to brand standards.

Oversee inventory management including stocktakes, replenishment, and shrinkage control.

Maintain compliance with company policies, WHS, and operational procedures.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Store Manager, or similar retail leadership role.

Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.

Knowledge of fashion/footwear retail is highly desirable.
