Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Super

The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to lead our sales function, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will be the face of the brand with corporate clients, from nurturing existing relationships to opening doors with new accounts. This is a role for a sales professional who loves luxury, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Growth: Prospect, pitch, and win new corporate accounts, expanding our client base across Australia.
Account Management: Nurture and grow existing relationships with premium clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Sales Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Partnership Development: Identify and build partnerships with key stakeholders, agencies, and corporate buyers.
CRM Management: Use our CRM (Zoho) to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain visibility on all sales activity.
Brand Representation: Represent Gathering Events at client meetings, presentations, and industry events
What You Bring
Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally with a premium or luxury product.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ambition and drive — you thrive on targets and results.
Polished communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to work with senior corporate buyers.
Tech-savvy with CRM experience (Zoho experience a plus)
Creative thinker with a flair for turning client needs into tailored gifting solutions.
