We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in the APAC region. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by effectively leading and managing our inside sales team.
This position is a player coach role, meaning you will actively contribute to sales activities while also providing leadership and guidance to the team. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategic sales plans, nurturing customer relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within the APAC market.
The Inside Sales is held accountable and incentivized for team achievements of specific business targets and results. The Inside Sales is typically assigned to a geographic territory and is responsible for establishing a strong rapport and relationship with internal account teams and both existing and potential customers.
Job Description
● Team Leadership and Sales Execution
○ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed their targets.
○ Actively participate in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals, while setting an example for the team.
○ Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance the team's sales skills and overall effectiveness.
○ Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
● Sales Strategy and Execution:
○ Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth within the APAC market.
○ Identify and evaluate potential sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments to maximize sales performance.
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
● Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
○ Monitor sales metrics, track individual and team performance, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
○ Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.
● Customer Relationship Management:
○ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the APAC market.
○ Understand customer needs, challenges, and industry trends to tailor sales strategies and develop value propositions that meet customer requirements.
○ Collaborate closely with the customer success and support teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Sales Process Optimization:
○ Continuously evaluate and enhance the inside sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive productivity.
○ Implement best practices and sales methodologies to optimize the sales cycle and improve conversion rates.
○ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to proactively adjust sales strategies as needed.
Additional Knowledge/Skills:
● Strong understanding of the APAC market dynamics, customer behaviors, and cultural nuances.
● Salesforce experience is highly desired, with a strong understanding of CRM tools and their application in managing sales operations.
● Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
● Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated individual with a strong drive for achieving sales targets and objectives.

ABOUT YOU
Education and Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales or a related sales management role, preferably in
the APAC region.
● Preferred experience with technology sales, cold calling, and webinars
● Preferred Salesforce CRM experience.
● Proven sales achievement in a remote selling environment a PLUS
● Experience developing collaborative relationships
● Proficient computer skills with emphasis on Windows or Google based applications
Experience
● 5+ years of sales and industry experience in Video Security

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
● Successful applicants will be required to pass a police security clearance
● Ability to travel on occasions, often on short notice
