Job Overview:

Are you a friendly, organised, and reliable communicator who enjoys helping people? Join our team at The Mower Supastore, a busy and customer-focused Outdoor Power Equipment retailer, where we pride ourselves on top-quality products and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Provide basic product information and assist with general inquiries

Direct calls to the appropriate departments

Take messages when departments are busy

Maintain detailed phone logs and ensure timely follow-ups

Assist with light administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Clear and confident phone manner

Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude

Good organisational and time-management skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and data entry skills

Prior experience in retail, service, or phone-based roles is a plus

Knowledge of outdoor power equipment (mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, etc.) is helpful, but not required – we’ll train the right person!
