As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the face of our workshop. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every client, from the moment they walk through our doors or call us on the phone.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and listening to their vehicle concerns and service needs.

Clearly and accurately documenting customer requests and vehicle information.

Preparing and presenting service estimates, quotes and invoices.

Explaining technical issues and repair processes in a clear, easy to understand manner.

Liaising with mechanics to ensure jobs are completed on time.

Keeping customers updated throughout the service process.

Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming front office area.

Customer-focused, you have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.

Strong communication skills, you can communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing, with customers and team members.

Organised, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks.

A basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs.

Confident using computers and service management software.
