About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers and dealerships. You’ll assist with enquiries, understand needs, and provide the right solutions to ensure their journey with Lotus Caravans is smooth and enjoyable. This position requires a balance of excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers, mainly by phone and sometimes in person.

Accurately identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Coordinate service bookings, repairs, and warranty enquiries.

Maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and management.

Keep records up-to-date in line with company processes.

Support the service team in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

About You

Experienced in customer service, preferably in automotive, RV, or manufacturing industries (desirable but not essential).
