We are a fast-growing automotive group preparing to launch two brand-new BYD dealership Service department in Pakenham and Cranbourne. To support our expansion, we are looking for experienced and passionate Automotive Technicians (EV & HEV) to join our team as we drive the future of electric mobility.

🔍 About the Role:

We are seeking qualified automotive technicians to join our BYD service team, where you will work on cutting-edge electric vehicles in a brand-new, modern workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on BYD electric vehicles

Use advanced EV diagnostic tools and software

Follow safety and manufacturer guidelines

Collaborate with service advisors and other team members

Maintain a clean, safe and efficient work environment

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Certificate III or above in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy workshop

EV experience preferred

Valid Australian driver’s license

Good communication and teamwork skills

High attention to detail and strong work ethic

Must have full working rights in Australia

📍 Locations:

Initial training & work at: Ringwood, VIC

Permanent placement at: Pakenham or Cranbourne (after opening in ~2 months)

Positions available at both locations – please indicate your preferred site when applying.

🔄 Initial Work Location – Ringwood

Your role will begin at our Ringwood service center for hands-on experience with BYD systems.
You’ll then move to Pakenham or Cranbourne once the new sites open.
