What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor at 3 Point Motors, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a premium customer experience while ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.
Your duties will include:
Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering a professional, friendly, and personalised service experience.
Coordinating service bookings and managing the daily workshop schedule to maximise efficiency and ensure timely job completion.
Clearly communicating repair and maintenance requirements, providing transparent cost estimates and realistic timelines.
Acting as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring consistent updates, approvals for additional work, and clear expectations.
Upholding Mercedes-Benz brand standards, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and prestige of the brand.
What You Bring to the Role
We're looking for a Service Advisor who not only knows the job but takes pride in doing it exceptionally well.

Previous experience as a Service Advisor – ideally within a prestige or high-volume dealership environment
The ability to thrive under pressure – staying cool, calm, and focused in a fast-paced, customer-facing role

Strong computer literacy and communication skills – to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience at every touchpoint
