A well-known real estate agent with a reputation based on integrity and a long track record is looking for a well-presented person to work at the reception and provide support to the sales team.
You do not need much office experience, but you do need an outgoing personality coupled with computer literacy.
The company provides a great team environment across their branches.
The role is based in their Berowra office, a short walk from the station.
Duties include:
Meeting and greeting visitors to the office;
answering the telephone;
provide varied administration support, including marketing campaign admin;
diary management.
To be considered, you will have:
Demonstrated organisational skills with strong attention to detail & high accuracy.
Ability to think laterally and work autonomously.
The ability to work proactively and independently, providing exceptional service to both the Agent and the client.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Excellent grooming.
Previous experience in the Real Estate Industry is not required, but would be a bonus.
This role is not available to students.
