The Opportunity

The Role:
In this role, you will work to assist Lawyers across all of the firm's practice areas, cover reception, prepare legal documents, and assist Legal Secretaries with overflow work when needed. Other duties include:
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Expenses
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Opening and closing files
- Set up meeting rooms
- Ad hoc administration tasks

About you:
