ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Reception Team Member/Membership Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, ensuring they feel welcome and supported during their visits. From their initial inquiry to their first class and beyond, you will provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition into our Rival Gym community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing exceptionally warm, friendly customer service in person and over the phone.

Showcasing comprehensive knowledge of our facilities, programs, and promotions.

Assisting and driving sales and memberships to grow our thriving community.

Showcasing exceptional communication skills, capable of adapting to various audiences and responding to member queries with professionalism.

Utilizing social media tools to engage with members and promote the gym.

Administrative duties such as check-in procedures, restocking supplies, and managing membership records.

Always maintaining cleanliness standards of the club.

SHIFT AVAILABILITY:

Part-Time/ Full Time Position

Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM and /or

Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekend hours are shorter (weekend availability required).
