We are on the lookout for an Entry Level Receptionist to join one of our clients in the Mona Vale. Being the face of this multi-office agency, we are looking for someone who is well presented, articulate and has a passion for property.

Skills and experience

Enthusiastic and outgoing

No prior reception experience required - we welcome fresh graduates and career changers

Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration highly desirable (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Confident phone manner with ability to handle multiple calls professionally

Eye for detail

Ability to build strong relationships with staff and clients

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Must have Australian work eligibility (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
