About the Role

We're seeking a motivated HR professional for a permanent part-time position (3 days per week), perfect for experienced professionals or retirees wanting work-life balance while applying their people management expertise.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll support and maintain accurate employee records

• Coordinate recruitment processes including advertising, shortlisting, and interview scheduling

• Support onboarding and induction of new staff members

• Advise on and implement HR policies and best practices

• Manage staff training and compliance record keeping

• Handle rosters, contracts, and general HR administration

• Serve as friendly, approachable point of contact for all staff
