THE ROLE

As a key member of the office team, you’ll be at the heart of what makes Little Red Trucks the best in the business—ensuring every customer feels supported, informed, and confident about their move.

Your focus will be on responding to new client enquiries, guiding people through the booking and pricing process with warmth and clarity, and supporting daily operations to ensure our teams are well-prepared each day. You’ll also work closely with our Dispatch Coordinator to assist in scheduling jobs and keeping everything running smoothly.

We’re a small, fast-moving business where systems and practices are always evolving. That means we need someone with not just great customer service skills, but also a genuine openness to change, a willingness to grow with us, and a drive to contribute to better ways of working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Bookings & Client Support

Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone and email.

Guide clients through the booking process with clear, friendly service.

Provide tailored scheduling and pricing options.

Confirm bookings accurately, maintaining clear internal notes.

Keep job details updated as needed.

Ongoing Client Care

Be a reliable, friendly point of contact throughout the customer’s moving journey.

Perform daily checks to ensure all important booking information is complete.

Assist clients with changes or concerns to support a smooth experience.

Dispatch & Operational Support

Assist in organising team schedules and morning dispatch briefings.

Help maintain a clean, well-stocked warehouse and workspace.

ABOUT YOU

You have a passion for helping people and solving problems.

You’re adaptable and open to changing systems, tasks, and tools.

You’re confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.

You have sharp attention to detail and clear, friendly communication skills.

You enjoy being part of a collaborative, values-driven team.
