The Role

Working from our Ferntree Gully premises, we are seeking a driven Customer Service and Sales Administrator to join our organisation in a full-time role.

As Customer Service and Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:

Taking customer enquiries over phone and email and providing accurate information on pricing, products, and lead times

Preparing quotes and processing orders

Building rapport with customers and keeping relationships strong

Working with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any order issues

Monitoring stock availability and advising clients accordingly

Supporting the external sales team with follow-ups and customer communication

Keeping CRM records up to date and accurate

Sales administration for several national accounts

Contributing to a team culture built on service, reliability and professionalism

Role requirements

We are looking for someone who has:

· 2-3 years customer service experience

Experience with hardware, trade and/or building industry customers would be advantageous

Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders

A strong eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

Strong Microsoft Office skills - with xero and CRM exposure advantageous

A friendly, approachable and helpful attitude, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
