About the role

Join the KeepCup team as an Inbound Sales and Customer Service representative. In this full-time role, based in our Clifton Hill, VIC office, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and driving sales for our reusable cup products. As a key member of the customer service team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What you'll be doing

Responding to inbound enquiries and orders via phone, email and online chat

Looking after our retail showroom and walk-in customers

Assisting customers with product information, order placements and any post-purchase support

Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase customer order values

Maintaining accurate customer records and order information in our CRM system

Providing feedback to the marketing and product teams to help enhance the customer experience

Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the retail industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software

A passion for sustainability and environmentally-friendly products

Enthusiasm, resilience and a positive, customer-focused attitude
