About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time De fitter/Site Supervisor/Shop Fitter. Within this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day onsite operations, the demolition of retail tenancies and coordination of multiple, diverse de-fit and base building projects within the shopping centre industry.

Key Responsibilities

Working on the tools de fitting tenancies

De fitting of tenancies within Shopping Centres

Maintenance works

Work alongside the Directors and all staff to successfully deliver projects.

Coordinate the delivery of tenancy strip-outs and de-fits across multiple shopping centres in Melbourne.

Coordinate the delivery of tenancy reconfigurations across multiple shopping centres in Melbourne

Collaborate with the team to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

Meet all scheduled hand over dates and deadlines.

Ensure all OHS protocol is understood and followed on work sites.

Qualifications

EWP Ticket

White card

Trade or relevant tertiary qualification required

Experience and Key Capabilities

Minimum 4 years’ on-site experience in shop fitting

Skilled with various tools

Able to commit and work to meet deadlines.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Demonstrate energy, effort and enthusiasm.

Worked in a Shopping Centre environment
