Job Description:

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective completion of construction projects. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities, managing all onsite activities, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead the subcontractors onsite, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with project plans and specifications.

Review and interpret project plans and design documentation to determine materials, tools, equipment, and labor requirements.

Coordinate with Director, subcontractors, and other building professionals to ensure project milestones are met.

Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety and craftsmanship.

Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain quality building standards.

Manage project schedules and resourcing.

Collaborate with the project management team to address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Prepare Daily Site Diary/Logs

Qualifications:

Experience in coordinating projects with at least 5 years in a supervisory role in the building industry

Certificate or Diploma in Building & Construction

Strong knowledge of building techniques and methods, including building codes and regulations.

Experience with Buildxact, Buildpass & Asana

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret project plans and design documents

Knowledge of safety guidelines and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Valid driver's license.
