As a family-owned business with a reputation for quality and reliability, we are expanding our Victorian operations and looking for a talented professional to lead our site activities.

The Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Site Foreman/Supervisor to oversee construction projects from start to finish. You'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate on-site activities.

Lead and oversee subcontractors, trades, and labourers.

Maintain safety compliance and site documentation.

Ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor.

Minimum 3-5 years of Site Foreman/Supervisor experience required.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, preferably steel buildings.

Commitment to safety, quality, and project deadlines.

Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Valid White Card and First Aid Certificate are required.
