About the Role

As a Junior Site Supervisor at Shaba Scaffolding Group, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety compliance, and leading crews across multiple projects. This role is suited to a hands-on leader with strong scaffolding knowledge and proven supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate scaffolding site operations daily.

• Lead scaffolders, labourers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Conduct toolbox talks, site safety inspections, and compliance checks.

• Liaise with project managers, builders, and clients to maintain strong relationships.

• Oversee scaffold installations, modifications, and dismantles.

• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in scaffolding or construction.

• Advanced Scaffolding Ticket (preferred) or trade qualifications.

• Solid knowledge of Kwikstage, perimeter, void, and roof access systems.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• White Card & current driver’s licence.

• Strong focus on safety and compliance.
