THE CLIENT

Our client is a well-established electrical and civil contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across Victoria. Known for their innovation, reliability, and strong industry partnerships, they work with councils, developers, and tier-one contractors on projects that keep communities safe and connected.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee multiple projects, ensuring teams are set up for success and works are delivered to the highest standards. This is an off-the-tools role, focused on leadership, coordination, and project oversight rather than hands-on labour.

Occasional night shifts are required to accommodate project schedules and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.
• Set up teams, subcontractors, and resources for project delivery.
• Monitor progress, safety, and compliance, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and authorities to resolve issues quickly.
• Follow up on project milestones, documentation, and reporting.
• Support a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising sites in electrical or civil infrastructure.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with a focus on team coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional night shifts as required.
