TOO GOOD BAKERS' is seeking an experienced Cafe FOH Manager to join our team in Aberfeldie, VIC. As the Cafe FOH Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our bustling cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless front-of-house experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all front-of-house operations, including customer service, order processing, and cash handling

Supervise and train a team of friendly and efficient cafe staff

Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation are maintained throughout the cafe

Collaborate with the kitchen team to align front-of-house and back-of-house operations

Implement and monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Cafe FOH Manager or Supervisor role

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in cash handling, inventory management, and data analysis

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of food safety and OH&S regulations
