What You’ll Learn

As a Junior Foreman, you’ll work closely with a Site Manager and be trained in every aspect of project delivery, including:

Leading subcontractors and building leadership skills

Managing WHS: inductions, SWMS, toolbox talks & safety walks

Programming: planning weeks & months ahead

Quality control on all project stages

Site organisation: set-out, deliveries, permits & client meetings

In time, you’ll step up to run smaller projects independently as you progress toward Site Manager.

What You’ll Need

Carpentry trade background

Strong and consistent work history in construction

Cert IV or Diploma in Building (preferred but not essential)

Ambition to grow your career beyond the tools
