As a Site Foreman, you will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. We emphasize teamwork, innovation, and safety as the cornerstones of our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, tradespeople, and other professionals to facilitate smooth communication and resolve on-site challenges.
• Organize and manage labour resources, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and plant.
• Review and analyse architectural drawings and project specifications to verify alignment with design plans.
• Monitor subcontractors' work to maintain high standards and adherence to timelines.
• Negotiate with subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Confirm compliance with building legislation and maintain safety, cost-efficiency, and performance standards.
• Coordinate and arrange inspections by local authorities to verify regulatory compliance.
• Use construction management software (e.g. Primavera, Acconex) to update and share progress in real-time.
• Break down projects into phases and tasks: including site preparation, foundation framing, installations and finishing.
• Ensure the project is completed within the approved budget and building deadlines are met.

About You: We’re looking for someone who:

• Experienced in supervising construction projects or working in a leadership role (e.g., Junior PM, Site Foreman, Leading Hand).
• Is confident in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Is organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management.
• Communicates effectively and can manage subcontractors and trades professionally.
• Understands Australian WHS regulations and ensures safety compliance on-site.
• Holds a White Card and a valid driver’s license (First Aid certification, Forklift Licence, and EWP ticket are a bonus).
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Primavera, Aconex, or equivalent.
