Site Foreman (Class 2 Building Experience)

Join our growing team! We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to oversee construction activities on Class 2 building and Residential projects. If you're a hands-on leader with a strong track record in residential or mixed-use developments, we want to hear from you.

🔨 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site operations

Coordinate trades and subcontractors

Ensure safety and compliance standards are met

Monitor progress and quality of workmanship

Communicate with project managers and clients

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Foreman on Class 2 building projects

Minimum 3-5 years of Site Foreman experience on Class 2 building projects is required

Strong knowledge of building codes and construction processes

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings

Must demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting all plan types including complex commercial drawings

Relevant qualifications and white card

Must hold a relevant trade qualification in addition to white card certification
