About the Role

Our client is a well-established strata management business with a growing footprint in the Sydney metro market. They are seeking a motivated Junior Strata Manager to join their growing team on a fully remote basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work closely with the Director in transitioning a well-established portfolio over the coming months. This is ideal for someone eager to build their career within a boutique, fixed-fee business – all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

What You’ll Do

Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior strata managers

Assist with maintenance requests and liaise with contractors

Prepare and send levy notices and assist with financial processes

Support owners, tenants, and committees with queries and documentation

Maintain accurate records and compliance documents

Attend meetings virtually, take minutes, and assist with follow-up actions

What We’re Looking For

Certificate of Registration in Strata (essential) and ideally your class two

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience in administration or customer service preferred

Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
