Why We Need You: We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to help grow our portfolio (based in the Hills and West).

What We Expect:

Efficiently manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring optimal occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction.

Conduct property inspections, handle maintenance requests, and coordinate repairs promptly.

Screen and select potential tenants, ensuring adherence to the leasing process and all legal requirements.

Oversee rent collections, financial reporting, and budget management for each property.

Develop and maintain positive relationships with property landlords & tenants.

Stay up-to-date with local property laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

What You Need:

Proven experience managing a large residential portfolio of 100 + from end-to-end.

Class 2 real estate licence, reliable car.

Experience managing budgets, arrears and insurance claims.

Proficient in key property management softwares (PropertyMe, Inspection Manager, Flk It Over, Ignite etc).

Conduct Ingoing & Outgoing Inspection Reports - Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of negotiating and resolving conflicts, Negotiate lease renewals & rental increases.

Coordinate repairs & maintenance tasks.

Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Building relationships & growing our real estate portfolio.

NO Trust Accounting Work, End Of Month or Mid Month Work.

Tribunal preparation and attendance.
