We are a leading, well-known real estate franchise in Western Sydney, currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Property Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in property management, with the guidance and support of a Senior Property Manager.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing a tidy portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties, providing top-tier service to landlords and tenants alike. This is a varied and rewarding position that covers all aspects of property management and leasing.

Key responsibilities include:

Routine inspections, ingoing & outgoing reports

Managing maintenance requests and repairs

Tenant and landlord communication

Lease sign-ups, renewals, and rent reviews

Open homes and private inspections

Liaising with the Senior Property Manager and admin support

About You

You’re a people person with a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in real estate. You’re organised, thorough, and ready to build a long-term career in the industry.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A passion for property and a can-do attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and time management

A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

A reliable vehicle and current driver's licence

Previous experience in real estate or administration (preferred, but not essential)
