The Role:

• Liaise with landlords and tenants.
• Process tenancy applications and complete reference checks.
• Assist tenants with lease sign-ups and move-in dates.
• Conduct open homes and private inspections.
• Prepare and market properties for lease.
• Carry out routine and ingoing inspections.

The Person:

• Entry-level candidates encouraged – ideal for those wanting to start or grow their real estate career.
• MUST HAVE - a valid Certificate of Registration or licence
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Current driver’s licence and reliable car required.
