The Role

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and nurturing a portfolio of residential properties

Building positive relationships with landlords and tenants

Coordinating timely repairs and maintenance

Delivering exceptional service with professionalism

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s motivated, proactive, and thrives in a team-based environment.

Previous Property Management experience (Property Tree software preferred)

A current Certificate of Registration and valid driver’s licence

A professional, client-focused attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A strong commitment to outstanding customer service
