The Position
In the role of Property Officer your responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside the Department Head
• Supporting the property management team in all aspects of property management
• Portfolio assistance as required.
• Cover the property managers/leasing consultants on leave.
• Assist the property management team with arrears + maintenance issues
• Managing ingoings, outgoings and routines
• Assisting the leasing team which can involve Saturday work
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople as first point of contact
• Ad hoc support to the senior property management team
• Scope to step up and manage your own portfolio of properties down the track

The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Property Officer will have:

• Previous real estate experience in a Leasing Consultant, Property Officer or Property Manager role is a MUST- A great attitude and willingness to learn is most important!
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Superb written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills
• Immaculate personal presentation is essential
• Self-motivated, full of initiative and eager to learn and develop your real estate career
• Top notch attention to detail and first-rate organisational skills
• Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
