Your day-to-day will include

Building trusted relationships with landlords and tenants through clear, respectful communication

Coordinating property repairs, conduct routine and ingoing inspections, lease renewals with efficiency and care

Process tenancy applications and managing rent arrears

Delivering a premium Belle Property customer experience at every touchpoint

Learning from our experienced property management team and growing your professional skill set

What you’ll bring to the team

6–12 months’ experience as a Property Officer or Assistant Property Manager

Current Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate)

A reliable car and current driver’s licence

Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a positive, can-do attitude

A genuine desire to progress your career in property management within a supportive and high-performing office
