Commercial Broker - Specialist Management Rights

Full time – Permanent Role with an Industry Leader

About the Role

Our nationwide agency is looking for an experienced sales professional who can develop our business in the key market of Brisbane, specialising exclusively in management rights. You would be joining our highly successful & collaborative Brisbane team and a nationwide network of over 30 brokers.

As our Specialist Management Rights Broker for Brisbane, you'll take charge of a sales-rich territory with over 250 operators, helping them achieve exceptional commercial outcomes while building a thriving business of your own.

Your day-to-day will include:

· Prospecting, securing listings and managing your own pipeline

· Travelling independently across the greater Brisbane area

· Building long-term client relationships across the area

· Conducting inspections, negotiations and marketing activities

· Running deals end-to-end, from first meeting to settlement

· Liaising with industry professionals such as accountants and lawyers to ensure deals proceed smoothly

What we're after:

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes.

Minimum 5 years’ sales experience across any industry

Hungry for success, fiercely driven and goal-oriented

Previous accommodation sales experience is preferrable but not necessary.

You thrive on setting ambitious targets and surpassing them, with a proven track record of consistently hitting (and exceeding) KPIs

A driven self-starter who is resilient and prepared to go the extra mile to develop a market and contribute to the strength of ResortBrokers’ business and brand.

Exceptional customer service, underpinned by integrity

You must be comfortable in taking a long-term perspective and have the perseverance to build long-term relationships that will translate to future sales.

A willingness to meet operators. Our brokers meet a minimum of 20 management rights operators face-to-face each week and meet all operators in their zone at least every quarter.

A stayer. Many of our brokers have worked with us for 10-15 years. We love to see our people grow professionally and advance in their careers. You succeed = we succeed.

What we're offering:

· Base salary $130K – $150K pa + super based on experience — rare in the industry

· Generous uncapped commissions — earn 55–70% after base is met
