About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join us in a new role as a Support at Home Administration Assistant on a fixed term full-time basis. As an integral part of our team, you'll handle various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional support to both our team and patients, working across both our Korumburra and Leongatha campuses.
As a Support at Home Administration Assistant at GSHS you will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to the Support at Home & NDIS programs, including assisting with accounts, staff support log entry into kronos & e-tools, updating client information, assisting to schedule appointments/completing service requests, booking consulting rooms, management of call and emails, typing and minute taking.
Developing, maintaining and keeping appropriate filing systems.
Be the key point of contact for new client enquiries and client intakes.
Assisting the Support at Home Program Coordinator in the management of Support at Home brokered contracted services.
Ensuring all required documentation is completed/ kept up to date in line with aged care standards, in accordance to statutory and legislative requirements.
About You
Current Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Experience working in a home care package, CHSP or NDIS environment providing administration and/or rostering support
Excellent computer skills - including experience using Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and ability to learn new software systems.
Demonstrated ability to provide standard office procedures, administration practices and skills.
Demonstrated ability to organise appointments, messages, correspondence and filing.
Capacity and willingness to be flexible and to adapt to changing environments.
Staff have access to supportive staff mentoring, education and development programs. Salary Packaging is available for all staff. The successful applicant will be required to provide a current satisfactory police check.
