About the role
Broadway Travel & Tours is seeking a part-time or full-time Administration Assistant to join our team in Campbellfield, VIC. As our Administration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate, manage and confirm coach tour bookings
Manage client enquiries by phone and email
Assist consultants with the preparation of travel proposals, invoices, and client documentation
Process payments, oversee banking activities, and maintain accurate records in accounting systems
Professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients
Provide comprehensive administrative support to consultants and management
Manage our CRM system
· Manage social media content, including brand recognition and industry engagement marketing strategies.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with staff at all levels
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
