About the role
Churches of Christ QLD are looking for a caring and reliable individual to assist with Administration tasks within our Oak Towers Aged Care. Based in Melbourne’s leafy suburb of Oakleigh, our Administration Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing high quality customer and administration support to our residents and our team.
As an Administration Assistant you will:
- Respond to incoming enquiries and managed interactions with clients, their families, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Schedule and organise meetings, interviews, training and appointments as required
- Manage information in line with accreditation standards and provide general administrative support to the team
What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate is
Essential:
- Reliable and organised with good time management skills
- Currently holds a minimum Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience
- Intermediate computer skills with a proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Has previous administrative experience
- Currently holds, or willing to obtain a current Police Check
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Aged Care/Home Care sector
- Ideally you would be available full-time however flexibility is available and we can also look at Part-Time or School-Hours.
